Number of Threads in Newlisp News forum by Years.



I just checked the number of threads in Newlisp forum,

in its main forum Newlisp news.



2002=10 (only few months)

2003=5

2004=31

2005=60

2006=143

2007=138

2008=171 (estimated to 200 to the end of year)



Another thing - I decided to publish my Newlisp related articles (if short) or at least pointers on articles on this forum, so you do not need to check my blog regularly.

I seem to remember that the "News" forum was once intended solely for announcements and news rather than for general newlisp chat. But some people didn't always like posting newlisp-related questions or topics in the "Other lisps/other languages" forum, whose description seems to suggest that it's for other languages and OT posts, rather than newlisp topics! IN the last year or so things have changed, and more people (including me) are posting in the News forum.



If you're scanning the bb using code, it would be interesting to see the figures for the other forums too. (It's something I was going to do one day but have yet to get round to. :)
