it did not work on XP.

All the env variables HOME  USERPROFILE  DOCUMENT_ROOT  TEMP

 are set to existing directories.



Still the same problem.

Pls advise how to spot the error.

Do you have any non-ascii characters in your path?

Does it work if you move your working directory to c:foo ?
