Do you need to know TCL to be able to use newLisp-tk?

Only for the use of the front-end as the editor: No



But when you want to make a GUI or display graphics from

it, you should learn a bit of Tcl/Tk. In fact you have to learn more

Tk than Tcl.



But you can also use newLISP.dll from other enviroments

(like neobook, powerbasic) or use the GTK-server.
