just discovered macvim from: http://code.google.com/p/macvim/
rename newlisp.vim to lisp.vim and put it into your home directory in:
~/.vim/syntax/lisp.vim
and your are ready to go
ps: has tabs (try cmd-T), mouse cut/paste support and zillions of other things
