I had download the evaluation release of TclDevKit 3.0 with ActiveStates TclTk 8.4.5. (21 days for evaluation)

I tried to wrapp and compile newLISP TK frontend with TclApp with success.
It is a alternative to the freewrap utility, but of cource its price is 295$.
But you get a lot of tools for professional development.
And it is easy to use with a graphical frontend.
Differences to the freewrap version:
Embeded files are not a zip-compatible filesystem they are in the metakit-database. (Not accessible for average user)
User defined icon for all TCL windows.
1.15 MB instead of 2 MB filesize for newlisp-tk.exe. (RAM usage is higher)
Compiled bytecode of TCL is unreadable for software protection.
Support for the latest TCL/TK release 8.4.5.
It is a serious tool for serious development.(like newLISP) ;-)
Tcl Dev Kit 3.2 is released:

For me the most interesting news was:
Added a new tab Kit Info allowing the editing of the string information embedded in Windows executables (Copyright, Version, ...)
