Title: befuddled by newlisp wiki behavior
Post by: tom on October 09, 2006, 02:09:17 PM
Hey guys,

I've been using newlisp wiki on my site for a couple

years now with no problems.  recently I changed the

"open" security option to "closed," then back.  Now,

typing [protected:foo] on the first line of a text

field does nothing.  typing anywhere else on the page

works as expected (hitting save saves the change).  I

just uploaded a fresh copy of the wiki to test it, and

the behavior is the same.

the behavior is the same under apache, lighttpd, and even the newlisp webserver.

I really don't know what happened.  Any ideas?

Version 3.7 broke individual page protection. I posted a fixed version 3.8 here: http://newlisp.org/downloads/newlisp-wiki-3.8.tgz

Lutz

ps: you only need to change the file index.cgi and make sure you also have the same cgi.lsp as in newlisp-wiki-3.8.tgz

Thank you.

You mentioned this before, didn't you?  I guess I wasn't paying attention, sorry...
