new release newLISP Wiki v.4.0

The wiki software (running also http://newlisp.org">http://newlisp.org ) has been updated to version 4.0. The page include feature now can accept parameters, and default values can be specified on included pages. Michael suggested this feature and has build his http://neglook.com">http://neglook.com site using the new features.
